Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Aerobics, fitness, yoga .because these exercises are good for keep your body in the best condition. Other people like to stay healthy by eating protein, vegetables, and fruits . In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right. For example, I like to running, playing basketball, and fitness . The reason I like playing basketball is because I used to like practicing with the department team, learning more skills through competitions, and keeping myself in good health. In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat Healthy lunch box , Chicken breast and vegetables at least once a week.
